AlphaBlues is developing virtual customer assistants to help banks and telecoms provide customer support chat on their website 24/7 with our product that understands human language.

The company is one of the first to have fully integrated AI virtual assistants and live chat seamlessly into a coherent solution. A proprietary in-house developed NLP engine and virtual assistant platform (AlphaAI) is bundled with a live chat product for human agents (AlphaChat). This enables to fully automate customer journey into one flow - from website visit with a virtual assistant to a chat with a human agent. The GDPR-compliant solution also enables building voice operated virtual assistants. The solution is already used by several banks and telecom companies.

We are different because we have end-to-end chat automation from AI bot building platform (AlphaAI) to live chat system (AlphaChat). We offer unparalleled depth in chat automation. Specific product features how we differ are as follows:

AlphaAI and AlphaChat can also be used separately. So you can also choose to have the chatbot built in AlphaAI and then integrate the bot-to-human handover to another live chat system.
However, AlphaAI and AlphaChat together provide strong synergies as when used together, AlphaAI does intelligent routing. If the Virtual Assistant is unable to help customers, the queries are routed by topic categorization to correct teams in AlphaChat and to the best performing agent. AlphaAI provides answer suggestions to agents in AlphaChat. AlphaAI learns automatically by observing human agents answer questions in AlphaChat and automatically trains itself. This reduces the need for manual training.
From our experience with AlphaAI and AlphaChat together you can get a system that
understands natural language and around 80% of questions that employees ask in natural language. The system answers around 20% of all questions automatically on its own (i.e. without any human involvement). This means that if you have around 10,000 chats per month then 2,000 will be answered without any employee involvement so that users are happy with the result.
Our solutions power more than 250,000 conversations per month so handling 10,000s queries per month is not an issue. Technically the bot is capable of handling hundreds of messages per second and as such is future-proof for higher message volumes. As we have an API we can integrate with customer service interaction tools that also have an API.
