It would allow a multi-modal experience by using the best aspects of each interface on the machine.
For example, the assistant could accompany the passenger in his choice of route, proceed to the registration of a passenger with a hands-free interaction until it gets to the payment. The screen could be used to confirm key information while the voice would guide the user.
